I just tonight installed all of the newest updates to the Helix and the Line 6 updater, which includes the Helix PC software. Said software (Helix Edit I believe it is called) is acting very odd. When I go to the new patches 12D Line 6 Badonk I cannot see the actual amp/amp&cab block. It's just empty, as if there's nothing there. However on the Helix unit (floor model) I can see that it's the Line 6 Badonk amp. I can't select the Badonk amp when I create a new patch either, via the software, but on the actual Helix I can. It's like the software doesn't recognize the updated amp. It's not there in it's catalogue of amps to choose from. I have done the update 3 times now and that hasn't changed anything. Each time, obviously, I reset all of the global settings, factory presets, ir's, etc by holding down buttons 9 and 10 while turning on the actual pedal. I've reinstalled the latest Line 6 updater 3 times also, in hopes that the Helix editor would magically get fixed, but that hasn't helped either. Any ideas? I don't wish to edit patches on the actual pedal. I use the software out of convenience. Any help is appreciated.

So I got my Helix the first week they were available in my area and I am generally happy with it, but I have noticed one very odd thing. If I go to a patch I made, which happens to contain loaded IR's, and then I go to any Helix preset - the preset, after some time around the 20 second mark or less, is much quieter. I also notice that the patch name has an asterik. Which signifies that it has been edited. It seems that the preset patch somehow always just loses volume or gain. I do not touch anything at all, and it happens to every single patch. The only way I can make this not happen is reboot my Helix. If I ever want to use a preset I can't ever use a patch I have made prior. Any suggestions or tips? I have the latest firmware and the latest Helix editor. Thanks in advance for any help.
