My computer seems to have crashed and rebooted while updating my Helix rack from 2.60 to 3.70. I was away for a minute and when I came back the computer was on the login screen. The Helix is saying Boot failure, Entered update mode. And when I start HX edit it says no device connected. What do I do now?
