Hi, Thanks for the tips. Uninstalled the Amplifiy utility and reinstalled it. I can't get any connection by usb with the Amplify anymore. Factory reset is als not possible to do.

Hello, I also tried to update to 2.0. I use windows 7 64 bit. The light of tone was still on when I started to update (after pressing tone and tap together). I stopped the updating proces after 15 minutes. I suspected that it didn't do anything. After that I decided first to update the firmware to 1.0.1. Same problem. Now the result is that I cannot use my Amflify 75 anymore. A factory reset doesn't do anything. Now when I turn on my device the tone button is on and all the 4 presets blink together. I cannot use the amplifier anymore. I want to connect it with my samsung S III (I installed the app today) What do I need to do? Thanks a lot
