I am having exactly the same problem. It would also be helpful to have the correct factory reset instructions for the TT (I've tried various reset combinations that were posted), with the notification which should be received when the reset is completed and has successfully completed. The manual is even incorrect, it shows the Bluetooth, where the tap tempo button is located.
In addition, pushing the tone button does not scroll A-F, but instead stuck on A. Also, the instruction for going into the turner mode, does not work.
The unit has been updated to the latest firmware. Since the primary operation of this unit is completely dependent on Bluetooth, without a solution I'm stuck
