    hi bro good day. i ahve read your concern also about the helix that has damaged with xlr 48v phantom power. so how was ur helix now? is it fix?

      My Helix has been subject to phantom power but it still works fine.  I avoid phantom power now.  I would think that as common as this issue should be, someone should be able to repair yours easily.

    MY HELIX HAS NO INPUT AS WELL... PLEASE WHAT SHALL I DO.. ALL TEST AND ISOLATION TROUBLESHOOTING WAS DONE ALREADY BUT STILL HAS NO INPUT SIGNAL. THANK YOU
