  1. Hi - Im a very new Stadium user and had the same issue. I took advice from a Facebook forum which seems to have worked for me. Essentially, I think that routers that sync the 2.4 and 5Ghz wifi to form a single connection conflicts with the communication between the app and the Stadium (I have a Mac M4, and using a BT Smart Hub 2 router in the UK). When previously connected, the app closed/disconnected every 20 seconds or so. On advice, I went into my router settings and turned off 5Ghz. Note that I did not try to de-sync both signals, as I was concerned that this might mean establishing two new SSIDs, which would have screwed every other device connection in my home! So, using 2.4 only (with 5GHz turned off), the Stadium app works perfectly: it loads, detects the Stadium and will also "auto-reconnect". I hope this helps if anyone is stuck. PS: Ithink I also reinstalled the app before trying this so might be a useful extra step. Its a shame not to have 5GHz but I can live with 2.4 in my small house ...!
