i tried reinstalling a new driver and i changed the usb cable the problem is still there , anyway ,i came here hoping it might be a common issue with a solution but looks like im gonna have to get another Audio interface as im having quite alot of problems with POD's interface already thanks for assistance anyway

well.... POD itself works fine with the headphones (guitar sound only) even when pc sound stops working... guitar sound still intact Headphones works perfect when played the same thing but this time hooked to pc soundcard my assumption is that maybe that sound boom scrambled certain frequiencies for the headphones coming from the POD so it shuts down the whole signal But what makes sound stops working from a Device if its output (the headphones) is faulty???.. its like saying... My CPU is not running because im having problems with my monitor

i dont know why everyone is getting it wrong.. my PC soundcard IS NOT THE PROBLEM its my pod when its hooked as my Main soundcard ( for Recording and other DAW things) that is causing problems when connected to this specific Headphones even though the same headphones are working just fine on my pc soundcard and basiclly anything else

generally anything comes from POD when its set as my Main soundcard stops working with this specific headphones hooked to it , whether its Media player.. or my DAW or anything that makes a sound... it just goes on for seconds then it dies Headphones works perfect when its hooked directly to my pc soundcard .. i tried rebooting.. uninstaled the POD drives and reinstalled .. still nothing works , Could be a problem happened to my headphones after that sound explosion, but what confuses me is that it works just fine on anything else but the POD Another note., i tried hooking another Speakers to my POD and it works just fine

hi, So here is my setup POD HD is hooked to my PC via USB And im using it as my main soundcard With Headphones Connected in the Phones slot Everything was working just fine until i Forgot to lower my Master volume ,i ran Windows Media Player and Sound was so loud the Media player Stopped working Now whenever i play anything from my Computer it Hesses for a second then sound stops working , ive to unplug the USB cable then plug to make the computer sound work again for a second or two then it stops. Guitar sound coming from POD is wroking just fine and my headphones is alive and sound as i ran the same thing with my PC soundcard on with the same phones and it works just fine
