    do you know how i would go about doing that?

    yes, i tried to turn off my firewall to allow all incoming connections and that didn't work.

    my internet is connected through a cable.

    I use pod farm 2 and every time I try and log on to line 6 monkey to check for updates I get a popup that reads: Login Failed Make sure you are connected to the internet Reason: (Code 800038C6) unknown service error occurred. Even though I am connected to the internet just fine. Not sure what the problem is or what to do.
