Updated HX Edit 2.90 Updated Helix LT to 2.91 Turned off/on all as per instructions Now I'm trying to restore my back up and get and error which states that the device has not been initialised properly (code -8201) and every time I switch off and back on the device takes an age rebuilding presets. Can I correct this? How do I go about it?

After I've updated both HX edit and the Helix LT I restore from backup and the Global settings progresses to a green tick then the Impulse Responses progresses to a green tick then the Presets gets to about 30% the I get an error: HX Edit Error occurred during the restore: Device has not been initialized properly. (code -8201). Do you want to retry? What should I do yo fix this and restore?
