Hello, I hope everyone is well. I just picked up a Helix (floor) and am admittedly lost. I have been using an HD500 for years and it was connected to my DT25 112 via L6 Link and worked flawlessly. From what I understood, the update to 2.8 was supposed to provide connection through that interface more like the HD500 but I do not think I am getting what I should be. I have been searching the web for help and even here and there are very few resources that can identify what I am doing wrong. The presets sound terrible as they are being colored by the amp and I can't get the snapshots to cooperate for channel switching, etc. Should I abandon this interface and go with maybe the four cable method etc? Any help would be appreciated!
