    I think i was using the wrong software. Trying out Workbench HD. Damn I'm blind.

    I have a JTV-69S that I upgraded to 2.0 and upgrade to Variax Workbench HD. It connects fine when I run Variax Workbench, it's syncing that's not working at all for me. Any time I try to update the custom presets with one of the ones I create and try to sync (send). I get the following error. I can't seem to get around this and I have reinstalled the 2.0 upgrade on the guitar twice now.
