Hi I've had my HD500 since they were first released & no problems. Recently though when I change from one patch to the next, the next patch is distorted and/or low volume. Sometimes I have to press different patches or switch the unit on and off to get a patch to sound as it should be. I've noticed sometimes that a patch is distorted when I switch the unit on & have to press a few patches to get back to normal. Is it maybe the firmware needs reinstalling? Any thoughts?
