I bought a new HX one pedal yesterday. The pedal has firmware 3.70.00 installed on it already out the box. I've been trying to install 3.71.00 on there, but with no luck. I've installed Line 6 central on my computer, which is running windows 11. Also installed the librarian app. Both apps recognise the hx one when I connect the pedal. Then I'm told there's a newer firmware available. Once I select the correct update and download it, the blue box appears saying perform update. When I click on this nothing happens. I've waited with the pedal plugging in for 2 hours and nothings happening. If I try and shutdown the app it says can't shut down while update in progress. I've tried booting the pedal in update mode and this doesn't work either. I've tried different usb cables and tried a different computer which still didn't work.
When I go in through the librarian app. The pedal shows up in there and has the pedals pre-set list come up. If I select the different pre-sets on the list on the app, it changes the selected pre-set on the pedal. So they are definitely talking to each other.
I'm at a bit of a loss as to what's going on. Any suggestions would be much appreciated as I'm fairly new to line 6 products.
