I'm mot hearing any of my stereo effects in stereo....either in headphones or when connected to to speakers....am I missing a setting or something? Thanks!

Got my new Firehawk, updated to most recent update (1.20). Paired device with my iphone bluetooth but I'm stuck here, the bluetooth light on the unit is solid blue and my phone seems to be stuck, the app says "Syncing" at the bottom....it;a been over 15 minutes. Any suggestions? Thank you.
