Hd100 Mkii No Sound Coming Out From The Speaker Output

I have a 112 that did the same thing last saturday nite half way thru a show. I plugged it in direct and got great sound. Since then I tried resetting and reloading firmware with no change in the output levels. I can turn channel volume and master volume to max and get some output thru the speakers but was running at 20% master volume when it happened.
