I went through the whole installation process including the restart. I wonder if I should downgrade to El Capitan or something?

I am on big sur if that matters.

Okay so I installed the driver but i am still not allowed to change the sample rate inside of pro tools or in the sound menu. Here's some screenshots of the stuff im encountering

I'm having the hardest time figuring out how to change the sample rate of the HX Stomp from 48khz to 44.1, and I've tried everything! I can't change it within protools, or creating a new session, I can't change it in system preferences. I just want to be able to use it in 44.1 protools sessions. It's becoming so frustrating!
