i am having similar issues with start up and now having an issue where the volume knob turns up the chorus level. My EX-1 into the short board is occasionally dropping off and defaulting to the short board pedal. I don't know if there is some short in the amp, a bad pedal or software. Considering trading spider iv 120 for a 75 and staring over. I play 1-4 gigs a week and want the versatility but cannot afford defect of glitches. needs some suggestions too.
