Brazzy, are your drivers up to date? Mine weren't and I wonder if that had anything to do with the problem. I had same issue 2 or 3 times before it stopped, I hope you don't have the same!

Its windows 7. I tried using other USB ports and another computer but still nothing, no power getting through at all so I guess the unit is faulty??

Hi, recently my sound cut a couple of times but a restart and re-selecting kb37 in Playback menu solved the problem. Today it has stopped working altogether, line6 monkey cant find it and no power is going to it. I tried a new USB cable but no joy. I've made no significant changes to my PC and nothing has been knocked or moved about to damage anything, the sound simply cut out while watching Youtube. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
