I'm trying to save some alternate tunings to my custom slot on my 89F JT Variax. Whenever I click sync in Workbench is says Lost connection with variax please turn off power and refresh tone locker. I do this and same thing every time. I is communicating with the Variax the whole time until I press sync. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a support ticket in, waiting to hear back. I put new fuses in and took the power tubes out and it still blew the fuse....... think I may just have to bring it in. thanks for the responses

The fuse conected to my power connection on the back of my DT 50 Head has blown and I get no power what so ever. I have replaced the fuse twice and both times it has blown right away again...........What is going on? I have a gig in less than two weeks and I don't know what to do... thank you

No I know what that is and there is nothing in the manual or the online one. It's not the hub to connect to my computer. It's three pieces that came with the battery charger. they look like they would plug in to something. when I look up variax battery charger on google it's in the picture, no description for what they are used for

Might be a dumb question but I can't for the life of me figure out what these 3 parts that came with my Variax do? It's obviously something for the battery charger. The 3 pieces that look like adapters of some sort. please help me as it's driving me crazy trying to figure it out.
