Hi! I just encountered the :-28 Error. I tried the following so solve the Problem: - Reboot multiple times - Updated firmware (using the update mode) from 2.71 to 2.82 - Some of the reset modes (globals, presets etc.) but the :-28 seems to stop booting before that really happens The Error persists and I cannot use the Helix. :/
