Hi My Toneport GX will not work with a Microsoft Surface Book 2 that I just purchased second hand. It is running Windows 10 and the Line 6 driver is Microsoft Driver 10.0.19041.1 . Toneport GX works perfectly fine with 3 other pc's that I have (2 desktops, 1 notebook), all running Windows 10 and the same driver. All i hear from the GX when connected to the surfacebook is some digital noise whenever audio is present. Does any body know if there is a fix for this? Thanks.

Thanks for the replies fella's but I managed to sort it out. Firmware update from 1.10 to 2.01 and the extra models (plus other features) appeared. Took 3 attempts to update successfully though. For a few minutes there it was a brick but all good now. Didn't do anything different on the third attempt but there you go.

Hi All I can't work out how to access the additional amp models in the HD300 (beyond the 16 available from the Amp Model Select Knob). I have gone into edit mode but cannot see how to access these additional amp models. And unfortunately the advanced guide does not tell you how to access them either. Thanks for any advice.
