  1. Frank explained it to me on the Facebook Group. Just buy the policy on the Rack and your Control is covered under that.
  2. Unfortunately, I think his answer still leaves the blank question of what "it" is with the Rack/Control. The two units are separate products when purchased, registered, and (usually) warrantied. However, the blanket cost of the Extended Warranty is a quarter of the cost of the Control new. I need Frank to clarify how this works when he can. Not really in a hurry, but I do intend to buy the Extended Warranty. However, I could not pay $100 per yer on the Control Unit alone, when I only paid $400 for it new (and possibly got a discount from vendor). This would mean the annual Extended Warranty cost of the Rack/Control would be $200 (two separate Warranties) where the regular Helix is $100 (only requires one warranty). They don't mention any "warranty packaging" for these two, so its a confusion at this time for me. I appreciate your passing this along. I think Frank will have to explain it. He mentioned he would reply to this thread.
  3. That's odd, I tried Frank on the Facebook Group (fifteen thousand people) and he did not respond; That's why I came here. I guess he only has so many hours in the day. Thanks for the help.
  4. I am very interested in the $99 per yer extended warranty option for my Helix Rack/Control. However, if I understand the terms correctly, I would have to pay for TWO warranties because the Rack and Control are sold separately. Now, $99 per year isn't bad cost percentage on the Helix, but its more than a quarter of what I paid for my Control unit new! Am I missing some fine print somewhere? Is the true cost I would have to pay for this? This seems to be a question nobody knows the answer to in other places I have looked, so I appreciate any answers anyone might be able to give. Thanks.
