Hello, I got an Idea how to make the Helix family even greater by a simple function. There is a posibility to save a block with parameters to favorites - great. If I update some settings, I have to open all presets and at least toggle 1 step back and forth to reload (and save) updated version.
I'm using Helix in a way I have 1 (or more) preset per song, within which I do use 2 - 4 snapshots for various effects - sometimes just rhythm, boost, solo with delay and some modulation. Of course, the Amp and Cab settings are all the same within like 30 presets. I'd like to have an option either to link the block to specific favorite settings (and change them automatically when changed), or to have the option if this favorite block is changed (replaced/rewritten), than to apply the changes to all presets, within which the block is existing as a favorite.
What does it solve? It can behave then like having a tube amp on the stage with knobs where I do 1 change and everything is ready for the whole gig - affects all combinations. For example some borrowed guitar cab would be too bright - I just turn down the treble on an amp. Or the venue has too long reverbation time - I turn off the mix on all (favorite) reverbs to 0 and only leave some delay here, etc... Would be a huge thing for me.
How it could be named - like an option of the favorite block to "follow" favorite master, or "autoupdate" or the option when saving the favorite like "update on all presets (within setlist or globally)" Or having a "Superfavorite" or "Live favorite" folder where these would be like global favorite settings - again, for each use in any preset would be updated automatically or rewritten at once on request.
Anyone else any Ideas?
