I was playing a gig, and the unit suddenly looked like it does now in the pick. The main screen is black, and the foot switch displays are just a solid color and no words. I have tried to do a reset many times doing different approaches (9 & 10, 6 and 12), etc.. nothing happens and the computer never recognizes the unit. I also tried without the usb cord. Help!!!

I have a Firehawk 1500, Helix and a Variax. I want suggestion on how best to setup this configuration to sound the best. Here is what I have so far (keep in mind I would prefer to use all the speakers on the Firehawk and keep the EQ on the Helix). Variax- connected to Helix via the L6 link Helix- connected to fires hawk from the XLR our to the monitor in of FH. FH- all knobs turned to 0, No global or local EQ Problems- no dry signal to use the horn speaker When I added a 1/4 from Helix to guitar in of FH, the sound went wonky. What is the best configuration you have done with this setup?
