  1. Now I plugged in a mic and seems like when something is plugged in the noise is gone. I don't really mind if it's not getting recorded and it's there ONLY when I have nothing plugged in and I'm not recording but I just wanted to make sure it's a normal thing to have some noise in the inputs when nothing is plugged in.
  2. I think there's a misunderstanding going on, I don't mean the noise of the modeled amps of course there will be noise on them I'm talking about the noise that I can hear when nothing is plugged in, I don't have the POD Farm opened and nothing is going on no effects, nothing plugged in only an armed track with inputs of UX2 and monitor on so I think I shouldn't hear anything but when I increase the gain of the track in my DAW I hear a noise.
  3. Hi, recently I noticed that there is a noise in UX2 inputs but it's so quiet that I had never noticed it before I can't really hear it until I put a compressor or an effect on and turn up the gain, this happens when I have nothing plugged in when I plug in my guitar and the volume of the guitar is at the 0 the noise is gone but I can't really tell if it's there when I play cuz it's so quiet, I also own a POD HD500 and I can hear the same noise on it too my question is, is this something normal? Or is there a problem here?
