Thanks for the help. Seems like this was the issue. After a little experimenting with power-cycling the unit and stopping / restarting HD-Edit, things are back where they're expected. It's been a frustrating day, I'd hoped to do more playing & less fighting with my gear. I will definitely avoid downloading patches in the future.

I have downloaded some patches and I'm playing around with them. I have an extra Roland EV-5 connected to the "Pedal 2" input. In some of the patches I see the Roland is "Pedal 1", and in some of them it is "Pedal 2". How does one switch the assignment? I want the Roland to always be Pedal 2 & the onboard exp to always be pedal 1 EDIT: 2nd related question I'm trying to add a volume pedal to another effect, but it's either all or nothing. The EXP pedal itself doesn't do anything. When I turn the effect "on" there is 0 volume, when I turn it off it is full volume. The minimum is set at 0 and the maximum is set at 100. What is going on??
