  1. Yep, updated it all through line 6 monkey(all my patches sound really bad now btw haha). I've also checked all of that, and all of my stuff is setup exactly the same.
  2. So I've tested it through GB, and I get nothing, even when I switch the GB output and input to the pod(just so you know I've had the POD set up as my global sound device and still gotten nothing through the monitors.) I got nothing. I've switched the XLR cables and experimented with the volume levels on the monitors themselves(all the way up; nothing. all the way down; still nothing.) The pod itself will work through my computers laptop speakers, it just sounds like shiiiit. I get nothing through the POD when I plug headphones in either. Both from my guitar, and when its setup as the global sound device for my comp.
  3. I can select the POD as both a input, and a output, but I get no sound through the monitors, and by no sound I mean . Could you specify what you mean by "I'm pretty sure the POD's balanced XLR output is more of a mic level output, vs. line level for the unbalanced 1/4" ones."? I was under the impression the POD HD400 would work as an external soundcard?
  4. Hey guys, I've got a POD HD400 that I'm attempting use as a external soundcard for my Macbook Pro. I just purchased some new Yorkville YSM 5 monitors, and new XLR cables. The back of the POD is set to studio, and I've updated the POD with Line 6 monkey, and restarted my comp numerous times to no avail. If anyone could give me some help I would be very thankful!
