Thanks guys, turns out it was a power supply issue, and it is being returned :) Just making sure I hadn't overlooked something silly.

I just purchased a Helix rack and the unit is not switching on when i plug it in and flick the power, Is there something I've overseen or do i need to send it back for a refund because it's busted?
