My Helix is stuck, for two months it happened tha sometimes it crashed. It was enough to turn off and turn it back on again. But he has a more seroius problem for a week. It does not come on again. The writing appeaars :-28 or sometimes :-33. I can not reset it by pushing the keys 9 and 10 when it is switched on, it remains locked. Can someone help me?
