mac os 10.14 unable to install fbv control

I have same error "requires Mac OS 10.5 or above" when trying to install Line 6 Monkey, but I just updated to Mojave (10.14) I tried first installing drivers for KB37, then uninstalling them, but neither way allowed Line 6 Monkey to install.
