    Oh Also are there custom tone downloads for Variax Acoustic and does it even make sense to have them? Can I use the POD HD500 to store Patches that can select a Acoustic Model and an Alternative Tuning?

    I just bought a Variax 700 Acoustic off Ebay. I Also own a POD HD500, and just bought the VDI cable. Questions: 1) Will the Workbench HD work with the 700 Acoustic? 2) Can I use Workbench with the 700 Acoustic to build patches that use a Strat Body or Les Paul Body etc Single Coil or Humbuckers etc...?
