Hi Sorry for English. But I have my firehawk out of order and I can't fix it. it does not start. When connecting is locked in the update version and does not come out. When I try to update it appears err=28, it downloads but crashes again on the version that I update. I've had it stopped since I bought it and I still haven't been able to solve the problem. I'm from Brazil and I don't know an authorized official around here. Thanks
