  1. Question to all HD500 users however, a brief thought comes to me in that one of the buttons may be stuck on the directional pad? (It keeps navigating to Update Flash, which I assume is when you hold down and plug in the unit)
  2. I've already raised a ticket about it :) was just hoping that a saviour from the community could provide any help. What was the needed power supply again?
  3. Any one got any ideas? Or at least point me in the right direction?
  4. Hey guys, Just wondering if you guys can help me with a problem i'm currently having with my board. I've had the board for a while, and wanted to get back started with it again, but when trying to boot up the board, it defaults to stating 'Update Flash', and weirdly, with the 'Guitar in' lead in the back, it boots through to the cab selection screen, but I cannot use any button apart from the volume knobs and such. Do you guys have any recommendations? I have installed the latest drivers/USB firmware and flash memory according to Line 6 Monkey. EDIT: I have tried booting the unit into flash mode by holding down when plugging in the power. Also tried holding left and right. And different USB ports, even though my Macbook Pro can see the unit fine in Monkey.
  5. Can anyone give any advice on this?
  6. Hello all, As you could probably tell by the forum subject, I want to know what you guys use for connection the HD500x (And possibly using that as the audio interface) to your Mac. I used to run a USB cable from the back of the POD to the system, but was wondering if there was anything I could with XLR (I assumed that I could use this and use an adapter within the mix). If you could help with this, it would be greatly appreciated!
