Just created a support ticket, thanks for responding.

I have a Helix Floor with FW 3.71.0 and HX Edit 3.70, I have been running these since release with no issue. Yesterday I booted the Helix and all the FX loop blocks stopped working, nothing changed from the previous day. As a test I used a known working guitar cable and just patched send and receive together, still no signal when the block is enabled, I can see signal meter to the receive input. Also tried reinstalling the 3.71.0 firmware but no luck. Anyone else ever seen this?

Thanks for the tip. On your example I set the volume block before USB 3/4 out to 0dB when ON, this now allows me to use GR as if it were an Aux Input. Thanks

I wanted to enable an Aux block on the Helix that would only pass audio to and from Guitar Rig 5 (Win 11) when the Aux block was enabled, using the Helix USB audio. Is this possible using the Helix USB audio? Works fine if I use a PC audio I/O and use cables for send and receive.

Is there anything documented on how to use the new feature in Helix FW 2.90 for Split > Dynamic? Thanks
