Just to inform everybody for "UPDATE FLASH" Your problem here is: Arrow down stucked. When it's stuck and you restart / power up your device it will go into safe boot mode. Restart device with MOVE button pressed and it should start. Then then at setlist -view if you press all arrow keys button and those work. For me button was stuck and it was causing all the problems.
