me too..seems to be no advise readily available..currently asking support if there's any troubleshooting can be done..fingers crossed. I'm still getting a bit of use out of mine but there are fairly frequent dropouts and no halo. -
Disappointed to see no reply to this question as I have just discovered a similar flaw with my relay. Receiver flashes red as described above. ?Transmitter a little different in that it appears to be charged but there are dropouts when inserted in guitar. Any ideas?
