    Help Wanted. Helix LT stopped turning on. It comes to downloading the firmware and stops. The screen says Updating UI MCU Firmware, please wait. Do not power off the unit! and at the top left, the symbol :-7 is red. And it all ends there, nothing happens. It does not respond to reset combinations. Unable to connect to computer. Has anyone experienced this?
