Brand new user but semi pro musician. Just got a manufacturer refurbished HD500x. If I am on preset A and change banks, everything is great and I can switch patches, use looper etc. If I am on any other preset B-D and change banks, FS5 will not activate patch A. Even if I switch to patch B-D, A will still not activate. This seems to only be rectified by pressing FS2, then FS5 will start working again. Anyone have this issue?This affects using patch A and the looper rec/dub. I am considering returning the unit to Pro Audio Star for a refund. I have only had it two days. I did update ALL firmware and the problem persists. I love the tone but this is not working right. Anyone??
