resetting the computer fixed it thanks. Don't know why I didn't try that first.

I'm trying to install the updated firmware with osx. I have the updater installed but when I login in it says select unit. The screen os blank and doesn't show the helix plugged in with the usb. I have the helix app also. That shows the helix and all my presets. Any help appreciated.
