  1. Can anybody let me know the neck thickness at the 1st and 12th frets for the Shurkien 250? This would be fretboard to the peak of the back of the neck. One would need an electronic caliper to do this.
  2. Hello, I have imported into Helix Native my main rig setup from my Helix Floor unit which has A/B routing that is associated with a foot switch. When I activate the A/B routing to send the channel to my overdrive amp and cabinet, it still sends the signal through the clean amp chain as well in Helix Native. Why is this happening, and what can I do to resolve it? For now I have created two different presets without any A/B routing for my computer, but I don't want to have to keep two separate groups of presets and set lists forever. Thanks
  3. Hey folks, I just purchased the Firehawk 1500 to use with my Helix. It should be delivered by the end of the week. What I am trying to figure out, is the best way that I can hook my Helix into the Firehawk so that I can use it with the Firehawk amp models, OR with the Helix amp models. I don't want to have to re-rig the cables when I want to switch between the Helix's Angl Meteor and the Firehawk's Deity. Opt 1: Helix effects -> Helix amp model -> Helix post effects -> Firehawk as a power amp Opt 2: Guitar -> Helix effects -> Firehawk amp model -> Helix post effects -> Firehawk power amp Also, is there a way to use the Helix to change presets on the Firehawk?

    HD Metal Tones

Hello community, I can't find any custom tones on the Line 6 website or anywhere else on the internet that actually use any of the HD Metal amps. I feel like I am taking crazy pills.
  5. Hello there, My UX1 randomly cuts out. This is actually quite frequent. Probably every 30 minutes to an hour. When the cut-out happens, I hear a well timed popping every 10 seconds or so. The only way that I have found to fix it, is to unplug the usb cable from the back and plug it back in. It immediately starts working again, no PC restart needed. It is plugged directly into a USB3.0 port. Nothing about it's connection or drivers have changed when this started to happen, so I am a bit at a loss as to how to troubleshoot it. I have already disabled the USB suspend setting.
