Hello everybody, I have a problem hopefully you can help me with. I tried to update my (registered) Native to its latest version but stupidly forgot to follow the instructions. So, after updating Helix, my DAW (Ableton Live 8) did not recognize Native anymore. I uninstalled eveything and started over. Ableton failed to find the VST Native after but Reaper found it. But when I tried to open it I got a failure message reading: "Code-8201, device has not been initialized properly " and "failed to connect to DSP engine". I'm at a loss now, I have no idea what to do next. Using Native is part of my livelihood. Maybe some of you have encountered similar problems? What did you do? Thanks, Robert

Yes; my Line6 Helix. I can plug in one mic at a time only though. But the Samson works fine through the Helix.

Hello everybody, When I connect my Samson C01 large diaphragm mic to my TonePort KB37 I only get an unbearable hiss and no signal. When I switch off the phantom power the hiss disappears but obviously I get no sound from the mic either. My other mic, an Audiotechnica 2020, gives no trouble at all. When I connect them both, I only get the hiss. Is the Samson broke or in some way not a match with the KB37? Thank you for your input, Robert

Hello everybody, I record at home using PODFarm2, TonePort KB37 and Ableton Live 8. I'd like to be able to record multiple tracks at once using the many inputs of the KB37 (mics, guitar etc. all together) . However, I cannot seem this configuration to function like this. Is it something it is just not capable of? The KB37 is about eight years old by now. Or am I just plain stupid :-)? Wishing you all a merry Christmas, Robert
