I've just got my pod go and it is amazing. I've just started playing again after a break of 10 years. One thing is noodling at home with the unit, another is how one uses the unit in a live situation. I know there are infinitely many options but I was thinking that someone would be so kind to share a little gold here. I plan on using some FRFR speakers and was thinking something like
1) For a given bank, let A=clean, B=crunch, C=hard rythm, D=lead either with or without the same amps/cabs. But this again depends whether you are already running through an amp when you gig. For people running through some FRFR speakers it might be worth thinking about keeping the same amp model so the sound is not too distinctive if that makes sense.
1.5) As in 1) but using different amps/abs for each preset.
2) One could just store presets that will work for a given song and use the effects as necessary.
3) A combination of the above.
