Thanks for the response, how do I go about sending it in?

I noticed no sound was coming out of my amp when everything else was clearly in check: display, tubes etc. Turns out it was a blown heater fuse, the "B+ tube f2". So upon purchasing two new ones of the exact same kind, both blew out. The first one blew out right away and the second lasted a few days then blew out. What does this mean? Is there another problem source which is making this fuse blow out? It's really annoying. I would appreciate any help, thank you. Attached is the inside, maybe someone can spot something I'm not.
