I've just received a sonic port (used product, not brand new). I have connected it with success on my Ipad, and it is correctly working with mobile pod application.
Nevertheless, the sound level is very very low.
The signal level on Mobile Pod is at the highest. I have tested both with a headphone and an external speaker.
I have also tested with two guitars (lespaul type guitar and Yamaha silent guitar), with signal level at the highest each time.
--> the final signal sound is very very low.
I precise that I already have other Line 6 product (podUX1 + podfarm 2) with success.
Do you know if there can be an issue with the sound card?
