Wish I had jumped on that Sweetwater deal. :( I saw one pop up on Amazon for 199 but now it is gone too. I dumped my HD500x a while back because I couldn't find a good simulated solution for convincing Marshall tones but now I want a POD for all of the other tones that I miss out on. :(

Hey gang, I'm new here. I've owned a Line 6 Pod XL some time ago and never cared for it. I bought a HD500x and so far I've been pretty impressed with it. I was trying to get a STP Core type tone, think Plush, out of the HD500x last night and I couldn't get in the zone with it. I was trying to accomplish this using only amp and cab models. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me achieve that sort of sound? Thanks
