  1. This worked for me. Thanks. I did this, but I also noticed I had my computer authorized twice, so I removed an old authorization as well. No idea if that was a factor at all, I doubt it.
  2. Hi All Just installed 3.5, but the previous version worked. I ran Line 6 License Manager, reauthorised my PC. I am logged in to Helix Native, when I run the plug in (through Ableton Live). Still getting this error--did a reinstall . . . no difference. I have heard that you need to run another 3rd party uninstaller, but I am suspect of doing any of that.
  3. I just bought mine and did an update out of the box . . . notice on first login no presets or IRs . . . . Didn't create a backup because I didn't think on first set up I needed one . . .did a reset. All seems good now--backing up and then going to reload after update.
