Hello, I have had Toneport GX for a few months and I had no issues with it until today. When I connect it to Cubase 5 or Amplitube and I play my guitar it recognises the sound as the input levels go up but there is no sound coming out of the headphones and the output levels don't go up. ¿What shall I do?
