Hi there im looking for some help i have just got a new helix lt and i am trying to run it updater for the first time. I have installed the drivers, updater and hx edit however when i open updater there are no devices there. I have tried another usb cable that i know works and its not that the unit does mot seem to be able to communicate with my windows 10 laptop can anyone help.
