  1. Hmm I'll try to reinstall the firmware then and if that won't work, i'll have to get it fixed. Thx for all help anyway guys.
  2. The headphones definately work I can tell. It is a steelseries siberia v2 headphone. I can use the headset to the amplifier but I'd like the HD500 connected. So with the cables and headset is nothing wrong. What the problems must be then will be or the PHONES output doesn't work, or the settings of the 500HD. But if you say it should be like plug and play.. it must be the output i guess
  3. I tried this but it doesn't work. Do I need to select special settings on the HD500 to like select the earphones?
  4. Thank you for your fast reply, Yes i've got all the knobs turned on and all volumes.I'm not sure anymore where I have to plug in the Jack plug from my earphones now.
  5. Hi folks I've got a little problem, I am not an expierenced guy on using pedalboards with a guitar because i'm not that good at the guitar yet. I've been playing for 5 years without pedals (sounds stupid i know). Now i borrowed this POD HD500 from a friend and it did work just fine when i connected it to the amplifier. But now a guitar cable of mine broke. Now I have just one cable left for like a week because I am in the middle of nowhere at the moment. I tried loads of things to get my earphones working connected to the pedalboard but I won't get it to work. So are there any settings I have to change, and where do I have to connect my earphones in the back of the HD500. Currently I have it connected with my guitar in the ''Guitar in", maybe that's already wrong. Please someone help me out, or isn't it even possible with just one cable? My earphones are with Jack plugs Thanks in advance. Greetings Scotty
