So, I was in the process of updating from firmware 2.7.whatever to the new version 3. Backup file failed multiple times, of course, proceeded with the update. Update crashed halfway through, Helix now has no firmware, won't boot, wont connect to HX Edit, factory reset does nothing. I have tried multiple computers, multiple usb cables, multiple usb ports both on the front panel and mobo itself, nothing. I'm now stuck in Update mode, with no way to do anything. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.
